Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 20 minutes | Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup edamame
  • 2 1/2 cup cooked white rice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 6 cooked bacon strips, chopped
  • 1/3 cup green onion, chopped
  • 2 medium eggs

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat frying pan to high heat
  2. Add butter and let melt
  3. Add edamame and cook until tender
  4. Stir in cooked rice
  5. Pour soy sauce over the rice
  6. Add bacon strips and green onions to pan
  7. Make a small well in the middle of the pain, add in eggs and stir until cooked
  8. Mix everything in pan thoroughly
  9. Serve immediately

Note(s): You can modify the amount of bacon or veggies based on the serving size you’d like to make. This recipe yields 4 servings.
