Ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 cup edamame
- 2 1/2 cup cooked white rice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 cooked bacon strips, chopped
- 1/3 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 medium eggs
Cooking Instructions
- Heat frying pan to high heat
- Add butter and let melt
- Add edamame and cook until tender
- Stir in cooked rice
- Pour soy sauce over the rice
- Add bacon strips and green onions to pan
- Make a small well in the middle of the pain, add in eggs and stir until cooked
- Mix everything in pan thoroughly
- Serve immediately
