A great low carb breakfast on the go or a delicious afternoon snack! You can eat these egg bites right out of the oven or refrigerate them for later. One of my all time favourite breakfast because of how easy it is to prep and save for another day. It’s such a time saver for those living busy lives and needing something quick to grab in the morning. Even better, these make great snacks as well. Since it’s filled with protein, it’ll help to keep you sated through out the day. ⠀
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 20-30 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 12
INGREDIENTS ✨
– 2 tbsp margarine or butter
– 1 cup portebello mushrooms, diced
– One pack bacon, cooked and diced
– 1/4 cup green onions, diced
– 2 cups egg whites
– Salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS ✨
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Use margarine or butter to grease the muffin pan.
2. In a bowl, mix together mushrooms, bacon, green onions and egg whites. Salt and pepper to taste.
3. Pour into greased muffin pan.
4. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
